As a new and unique mobile app combining sports and bingo, MatchBingo needed clear messaging to explain its concept and attract new players. The challenge was to translate gameplay excitement into visuals and copy that instantly connected with audiences.
The marketing team had to produce hundreds of social media ads, partnership visuals, and campaign templates within short timeframes. Without a streamlined design process, scaling creative output efficiently was a major obstacle.
Results
Below are the assets delivered within this project. Scroll down to explore the process and detailed results.
Unified Design System
We developed comprehensive visual guidelines and reusable templates for social media ads, built in Figma and Google Slides. This allowed the MatchBingo marketing team to easily generate new assets for recurring events — such as upcoming football matches — while maintaining consistent branding.
Clear Product Communication
To help users understand how the app works, we created dedicated assets explaining MatchBingo’s concept through regular social media posts, ads, and promotional visuals. This improved clarity and engagement across all communication channels.
Increased Brand Presence
By running multiple ad campaigns, producing static and animated videos, and publishing ongoing content across social platforms, we helped MatchBingo strengthen its digital presence and build an active, informed community around the brand.
Our Journey
First step
What insights shaped our creative and marketing direction?
Analyzing Previous Performance and Competitors
We began by reviewing previous campaign metrics and studying competitor strategies in the mobile gaming and sports entertainment space. This helped us identify what types of social media ads, visuals, and messages resonated most with the target audience.
Understanding User Behavior and Education Needs
Because MatchBingo combines sports and gaming, we recognized that not all ads should focus solely on user acquisition. Many needed to educate potential players about how the app works and the rewards they could earn. We developed several content approaches — from bonus-driven campaigns to educational posts — to balance conversion with engagement.
Content Planning for Awareness and Trust
We also planned a consistent stream of assets, including testimonial visuals, “how it works” explainers, and regular announcements, ensuring that each touchpoint built both awareness and credibility for the brand.
Second step
How did we define a data-driven 3–6 month strategy?
Defining Content Scope and Objectives
Together with the MatchBingo marketing team, we outlined a 3–6 month strategy covering all essential content types — regular social media posts, testimonials, and educational materials. The primary goal was to test which creative directions resonated best with users and helped them better understand the game mechanics.
Testing and Learning Approach
This phase focused on data-driven experimentation. By running different types of content and tracking performance, we aimed to identify which visuals and messages most effectively boosted engagement, awareness, and sign-ups.
Expanding Reach Through Partnerships
In parallel, the marketing team collaborated with popular sports podcasts and influencers, leveraging their audiences to build trust and introduce MatchBingo to new communities. These partnerships became a key part of spreading the word about the app, ongoing promotions, and gameplay features.
Third step
How did we establish a scalable visual system for MatchBingo?
Building a Consistent Visual Framework
We established a detailed set of design guidelines defining colors, fonts, paddings, sizes, and CTA button styles. These standards ensured visual consistency across all social media ads, campaign materials, and partnership visuals, reinforcing brand recognition across channels.
Creating Reusable and Flexible Templates
Using these guidelines, we developed a library of reusable templates for different campaign types — from partnership promotions to game announcements. The flexible design system allowed us to quickly adapt visuals for various target audiences, customizing layouts and messaging for different age groups and genders.
Scaling Creativity with Smart Tools
To accelerate production and maintain quality, we occasionally used AI-generated visuals to enhance specific campaigns. This approach helped diversify content while keeping it engaging, dynamic, and aligned with MatchBingo’s energetic brand identity.
Fourth step
How did we translate strategy into high-performing campaigns?
With the visual system established, we transitioned to large-scale asset production and campaign rollout, designing and delivering over 500 marketing materials for awareness, player acquisition, and community engagement.
Our creative team developed adaptable visuals and templates across Instagram and Meta stories, feed posts, display and video ads, and carousel formats, each optimized for its respective platform to maximize performance and interaction. Every asset was crafted with a clear strategic intent — to capture attention, communicate value instantly, and drive action.
Fifth step
How did we optimize performance through continuous learning?
Together with the MatchBingo marketing team, we monitored ad and post performance to understand what resonated with users. Insights from these campaigns allowed us to optimize visuals, messaging, and templates continuously, ensuring each new asset and campaign was more effective than the last.
